What to expect
After we open our sacred space with a heartfelt ceremony, Theresa will gently guide you through a nourishing yoga journey—planting the first seeds of abundance for the year ahead.
Through yoga asana, mantra, pranayama, breathwork, and meditation inspired by Lakshmi, the radiant Hindu goddess of prosperity, we’ll awaken gratitude, grace, and possibility within.
Together, we’ll open body, mind, and spirit to the flow of abundance, inviting the new year to unfold with beauty, joy, and ease. This gentle practice welcomes all levels, including beginners.
After enjoying a wholesome community lunch together, we’ll head outdoors for a mindful walk—breathing in the crisp seasonal air, connecting with the land and the ever-shifting rhythms of nature.
The sound bath session in the afternoon led by Pernilla, is a deeply relaxing inward journey that immerses you in the nurturing sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, shamanic instruments, and Koshi chimes.
Sound healing supports the release of tension, calms the nervous system, and brings balance to the chakras, deepening your connection with the heart and soul. The pure frequencies of the instruments help entrain the brain into restorative states, while encouraging the body and energy system to return to harmony and natural flow.
During the day, we’ll also explore guided journaling and intention setting for the year ahead. Oracle cards will be available as a tool for greater insight and reflection.
Held in a serene and supportive setting, this special day offers space to let go of the past, recharge your energy, and welcome new beginnings as you step gracefully into 2026.
